We should have our records by mid-to-late May. Maybe by then it will stop getting so durned cold out, too. (!)

In other news, the website will be spruced up a lot soon, with a better audio player and so on. Long overdue. Expect that in the next few weeks.

We're excited for the grand opening of the Waterloo Folkway store - come by on May 11th, between noon and 3. We'll be playing on the lawn.

Our album has been mastered, and we have ordered vinyl records! Test pressings will be arriving at our door in the next week or so.... Album covers and things are being worked out. In short: we will have records soon!

Today is the first day without the penny. No more pennies! Being rounded up and down and out of circulation. We have a brand new song to commemorate our little copper friend. Have a listen HERE!

JANUARY 31, 2013

Sorry the site's been stagnant for so long! SHEESH! Computer problems abounded forever. Almost everything is fixed, now, so I will try and make updates more regularly.

Okay, so: to all you generous souls who contributed to our IndieGogo campaign a bunch of months ago: the recording process got delayed, for one reason and another and another, but now it is finally HAPPENING!! We're using some fancy tube microphones, and everything! If all goes well, we should have a real record out sometime this spring. And you will all get neat things in the mail when it finally comes out.

ALSO: We've been playing with two extra people in our band lately! They're great, and together we make a real bonafide frigging JUG BAND.
